Start Distribution: Marathon/Half Marathon:
Startblock A and B starts with a Differenz from about 3 minutes
During the start, the following Startblocks should be recognized.
- Startblock A: under 3:00 (Marathon) 1:30 (Half Marathon)
- Startblock B: under 3:30 (Marathon) 1:45 (Half Marathon)
- Startblock C (without center mark): under 4:00 (Marathon) 2:00 (Half Marathon)
- Startblock D (without center mark): for all other starters
The distribution of runners depends on the runner’s target time, as filled out in registration
Team Competition: Marathon/Half Marathon:
In this race, the top three times from each team (Men and Women have separate teams – no mix) will count for the team in the Team Competition. The best teams are awarded prizes.
Age Groups: Marathon/Half Marathon:
- Men/Women born between 1991 - 1982
- Senior Age groups:
- Birthdate between 1981/1977 - Age group 30
- Birthdate between 1976/1972 - Age group 35
- Birthdate between 1971/1967 - Age group 40
- Birthdate between 1966/1962 - Age group 45
- Birthdate between 1961/1957 - Age group 50
- Birthdate between 1956/1952 - Age group 55
- Birthdate between 1951/1947 - Age group 60
- Birthdate between 1946/1942 - Age group 65
- Birthdate between 1941/1937 - Age group 70
- Birthdate between 1936/1932 - Age group 75
-The WMF BKK Gesundheitslauf (5 km) will not have age groups.
- For all walking events, the results will be posted in alphabetical order without rankings.
Race Recognition + Awards:
-The first place runners will be recognized at the conclusion of each of the events at the Ulmer Münsterplatz. Prizes will be awarded on the stage.
-The first three finishers of each age group in the Marathon, Half Marathon, and Citylauf can obtain their trophies, gift-cards, or other prizes from the Info-House at the Münsterplatz.
-Prizes that are not picked up will not be mailed.
-Results and recognitions for top runners will be posted on the internet.
